Current positions:
Heald Nickinson have a vacancy for an experienced full time Conveyancing Secretary/Assistant to join our property department. In this role you will be working for a Consultant Conveyancer assisting them at all stages of a residential caseload consisting of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. The successful candidate must have previous experience of being a Legal Secretary or an Assistant in a Conveyancing department for a significant period.
Knowledge of how to use MS Office, Emails, Land Registry Forms and its portal, SDLT Forms and mortgage lender portals is preferable. Heald Nickinson use Leap Case Management software.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with a 1 hour break for lunch.
